Unable to go to work today due to my pain. This is one of my bad days. I will be laying down with ice pack on
my neck and using begay and taking medicine.

Did you go to work today. How do you feel today?

My back hurts so bad I can hardly move but I have no choice but to go on.

I understand, the bills have to be paid. I am going in Monday. I am trying to rest as much
as i can although i still feel exhausted everyday. I hope you get rid of your back pain.

I'm lucky, I'm disabled and have no pain and I found our recently my 83 year old pop has had no pain either... lucky gene?
