what a coincidence! i got acknowledgment of my fax RIGHT after i posted this. hmmmmm...go figure. and for the second time there was a "problem" with my fax. $75 is not worth all the crap this stupid website has put me through! first i had a scare and thought someone may have hacked into my account and stolen my info, so i changed my info. when i tried NUMEROUS times to get ahold of someone in charge, i got no response AT ALL. some time passed and the initial scare faded, so i changed my info back. when i put in for a cashout, i was told that because there was "suspicious activity" on my account (i'm assuming when i changed my info so some jackass couldn't steal my identity), i would not be granted a cashout until i provided proof of identification. instead of arguing the point that i HAD to change some information due to the possibility of identity theft (and the fact that i could get NO help from ANYONE!!), i complied and faxed over my identification. it was a couple weeks before i heard back (oddly enough right after i posted a thread concerning the issue...), and i was told that there were issues with the fax and that i needed to try again. this time i faxed my identification INCLUDING a copy of a utility bill, however i guess that still doesn't work. and now i'm at my wits end. i'm done. i have half a mind to seek legal advice due to receiving absolutely no help from anyone when i feared my VERY PERSONAL information had been pilfered from this website, and there seems to be absolutely no way of getting a hold of anyone. you guys really need to change some things around here, ESPECIALLY when it comes to people having questions and needing to get a hold of any staff or administration. if you run a business that requires others to hand over their names, addresses, and even bank account numbers, you should be a little more responsible with that information. good luck to everyone else.

If you change your info of course they are going to require evidence of who you are.
Have you ever updated your address on PayPal? Your account becomes unverified again until you demonstrate everything is in order.

that's why i didn't argue it, and sent them 2 different faxes with proof of i.d.

i don't have a paypal account. i had it set up to direct deposit in the beginning, then, when the whole "hack scare" thing happened, i deleted that info, and was just going to have them mail me a check.

btw, my frustration was more with the fact that i was worried about something pretty major, and there was no one willing to help me out. you can't private message an admin (which i think is ridiculous), the help forum chat is automated and i kept getting the same responses over and over again, i opened a "ticket" in the support section, but never got a response, i started threads asking for help and no admin offered up any advice, and i even found a phone number and called it, but no person picks up to talk to you. what am i supposed to do? it's very frustrating. god forbid anyone ever need help from fusion cash staff!
