I would date neither the cheater or the lier because you could never trust either. I want someone I can trust. It's the most important thing in a relationship.

nether (of course this is going to be the answer to your question) tho we all lie in some form but it depends on the lie itself but trust is a key factor in a relationship (1 side trust, 1 side love, 1 side partnership just like a triangle) if any of those are tooken away it falls to a flat line relationship & same as cheating it takes away trust.
A degree of a lie is based on the situation not a relationship.
Basically liers you have to be careful about and cheaters just do a one chance for redemption but if it happens again (in most common cases it will) then get rid of because of the fact he or she will do it again (& yes women do cheat on men just as much as men cheat on women & if you say no i do have my brothers that will say otherwise & 1 have absolute prof by a DNA test)

O & a harem (or a reverse harem) is not the same thing as cheating its 2 or more partners that know each other and fell in love with one and one day gotten married at the same time (not separate times). (its just to make things clear onto the subject so no one gets confused and its not illegal in most states as far as i know but in some states it is illegal)

   I don't think you should waste your time on either one.  I always hear stories of how women think they can straighten them out, but it doesn't ever seem to work out.  Better to be alone than to have the kind of stress both would give you.
