You start with a lotion base.  I got mine at Hobby Lobby.  Then you just add scents and colors and other stuff like aloe, shea butter, or whatever you want.  You can find recipes online to at least get ideas.  I don't remember what all I put in mine.  I think it was vanilla almond scent.  And I tented it yellow.
