I've been checking out Weird Al's new Album Mandatory Fun.Lots of funny stuff. He's released several videos to go with the album. My favorites are "Word Crimes" and "Tacky" which are parodies of Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams songs, respectively.

Jedi Johnnie my favorite two weird Al songs are "The Saga Begins" and "Yoda" I have them both on my IPOD.

Cool!As you might expect, those are my favorites too.:D

I havent checked it out yet. But I think he is real funny. When I was a kid me and my cousins used to make parodies of music before weird Al ever existed.

I was introduced to Weird Al in college and instantly loved his stuff.  Can't say how many songs I like.  From "Eat It" to "Like a Surgeon" to "Amish Paradise" (which I think he got into a bit of trouble with back then), and of course "Yoda".  Was pleasantly surprised to see he's still going strong.  Will have to check out the new batch of parodies.  Thanks for the heads up!

I was kinda surprised he was still making songs. Had one of CD's when I was younger.

I have always really liked Weird Al.  They have been playing a song a day from the new album on YOUTUBE.    It is great.  Hopefully He can come up with more and more.  What a way he has of thinking out of the box.

It's interesting that Al is saying this might be his last "traditionally released" album. That kinda worries me.I like me an old fashioned CD as opposed to a download of some kind.
