As many others and I have told u dozens of times referrals DO NOT count as offers completed, giving false information is only going to disappoint people when they try to cash out with just referrals and not having 15$ in offers completed and cannot and have to wait another month to get paid..  

Reaching the 15$ in offers should be fairly easy each month if you do the dailies every day or at least try to qualify for them.

As for squirrelgirl44's banner I would guess that the amount of "offers" completed is lower than the amount recieved because the rest is bonuses and referral "bonuses" as they DO NOT count as offers completed.  Before questioning someones banner that has been with the program for over a year might want to know your facts.  If you look around at banners of others that have been with the program for long periods of time you too will see that having a received amount that is higher than offer amount is common.

sigh....i don't think you understand me well the last times i tried to explain it...referral BONUS does NOT count toward the $15 dollar bonus, BUT the NUMBER of REFERRALs also count as a the NUMBER of OFFERS on your banner. I am not getting sucked into this argument again, but I would like to know one thing.. you say get some referrals and I will see... I have referrals and my banner reflects how much I got in my cash out does yours? how can you say this if your own banner doesn't reflect a cash out received yet as you stated first part of July that you were having trouble reaching the 15$ so therefor you could not have possibly cashed out and received it the 20th of July to back up your statements.  As you can see by my post I stated "i would guess" that the banner is different due to bonuses not just referrals.  Perhaps there was some sort of a promotion before we were both  members that would have caused the unbalanced looking banner.  My point was that it seemed rude to question someones banner that has been around a long time when you don't have actual proof or facts to back up the inquiry into its legitimacy. But I am finished with this argument, I am not going to hijack someones thread and force it off topic even more.
