Hump Day TV ads

Is anyone else having problems veiwing these survey ads? Only half of the screen pops up that Im not able to scroll down and answer the questions. Just wondering if it is me and my computer or a problem with the survey.

 i really can't say i am it been doing good for me sometime you may clean your cookies i do this often and seem to get most.

I don't really have a problem but my internet is the one don't work right so frustrating.

I did use to have this problem until I updated to the newest version of Windows. The screen would half load, I could hear the lady say her opening words to the survey, but my screen never fully loaded so I couldn't click on what was not there. Once I updated to the newest version of Windows, it stopped happening. For the record, my husband still uses Windows Vista on his desk top and I can't do the surveys on there. However if I switch to my laptop with 8.1, it works perfectly. I hope this helps. Let me know.

When I try to do them on my desktop computer that is what happens to me, but I can do them fine on my laptop computer.

sometimes I have problems with the 1st page of the survey. But usually if I wait a couple of minutes I am able to answer the questions and watch the commercials. I have also found if you try and answer the questions too quickly the screen will frteeze and you may be unable to complete the commercial survey

I do have problems when I try to work on my older laptop.  When I use my newer notebook, everything works out right.

how could I be not qualified to take a hump day survey. that is what it said today.

I got that same message on both hump day surveys.  I don't get it.  It said this before I did anything.

It happened sometimes to me, maybe because my slow internet, but most of other time, it worked. So just forget about it and move on, you would get most of the easy surveys

I still do mine with my old windows xp old dino pc and they load fine. Except sometimes it tells me I don't qualify or I already done this offer.

I didn't experience that problem either but I haven't receive any for a month. That survey helped me a lot but now I may not able to cash out this month.
