some brand names are authentic with products all their own.
Then, there are a number of companies behind one name.
One very good example is Monsanto.
There are numerous company names of food products behind that one company name.

Very true, I don't really care as long as the product they sell is good that's all I care about. Some companies can't make it on their own so they need to be back up with other companies to make it.
