Samplicious Movie Survey

Every time it asks me to enter the number of movies I have seen it will not move onto the next page. "Please fill in an answer" keeps popping up when I have already filled in an answer. This is the third or forth time it happens to me. Why?! Anybody else have this problem?

It didn't happen with # of movies for me, but it happened on income.... even though it asked to select your income range, nothing appeared.  I just chalked it up to a glitch in the system.

I'm having the exact same problem.  It asks me how many movies I've seen with my child in the past 12 months and when I put the answer in and click "continue" I get a pop up telling me to input an answer.  I'm getting this issue at least 4-5 times a day or more.  Every time I don't qualify for the original survey I click on and start going through the pre-qualification process for another, I end up getting this.  This is incredibly frustrating!
