Friends

How often do you get a chance to get together with friends?  I hardley ever see or
Hear from old friends. Everyone is so busy. I miss my younger years. I had a great child hood.

I see my true friends like once every three years and it is like we never missed a beat or a day with out seeing each other.  I will run into friends that I haven't seen for decades and it is the same thing. Since I had kids though I have to pretty much shut myself into working two-three jobs in order to make sure that they are completely taken care of. That means turning my back on my friends...kind of.  I still text them and call them every few months but most of them are not into their families as much as I am or they are much more successful so they do not have to work as hard. I get invites from them all of the time to go to vacations, that they will pay for, and have to turn them down because I need to work.

I never talk to any of my old friends anymore. Over the years we all just fell out of touch. I have one friend, whom I have been friends with since I was 10 years old that I still talk to/get together with every now and then. Other than her my only real friend is my husband.

I communicate on the telephone because there is not enough time to go out for lunch or dinner.

I have only one best friend. He currently went away for the summer. I don't need may friends. I have my girlfriend and I have my family and hers. And of course my children. What else can I ask for? We are all lucky to get to have one true good friend in life.

I don't see any of my friends I grew up with. Wish I did with a couple of them. But after Grad from high school we all went our separate ways and lost track. What can you do?

 well im like you i don't see them very often as they work and im home and when i do it awhile and than don't spent much time. I do have one friend i see every other day but, right now she away and dont know when she be back miss her alot

Well I am like you most of my friends that I grew up with are far from me. I hardly get a chance to talk to them or even spend anymore time with them not because we are busy but because we are separated by many miles across the ocean. Sometimes I too missed my childhood years.

Life happens. It's amazing that I see them from time-to-time, but we're not as close as we used to be.

my and my friends usually Online chat most of the time but every 4 to 6 times within a month we go out to do things.

I have a group of friends that I get together with twice a month. We have a regular meeting. We meet for breakfast the third Friday of every month and for dinner the first Thursday. You have to make a date to see each other or it never happens because everyone is so busy.

I have one good friend still from high school but we only seem to be able to get together every 6 months. I agree about wishing my younger years back where you could come and go when needed or when you please but then again I love my family life now too.
