I have never received a message like this from Radio Loyalty. I have never read a posting like this about Radio Loyalty.

It could be a glitch. Try again tomorrow or another day and if it continues, open a support ticket and ask why you are getting that message.

I too just received that message today on FusionCash, plus I received the same message earlier in the week when I was launching it from another GPT site.

I've never had issues with RL in the past, and now I've been inappropriately flagged on 2 sites.  I only listen from one site at a time (no multiple windows), yet was flagged.

I did get an email from my submission, but have yet to receive follow-up or get either account unlocked.

The only thing I can think of is if they have ads that are causing the 'suspicious' activity - as I noticed last week quite a few ads were frame breaking the site where I'd have to re-load it and start the timer over again.  Also, Firefox just upgraded to v30 this week, and haven't checked Chrome update activity - but there could be something with the updated browsers that their software isn't handling properly and inappropriately flagging people.

I'm still pinging RL until I get my accounts resolved as this is not good business.  I'm trying to provide them all relevant information under the assumption it's some kind of coding issue that needs to be resolved in their detection software. 

When communicating, provide your operating system, browser and version, maybe even the time of day - and anything unusual you may have noticed with ads or other behavior on the site that may have caused the account to be flagged in appropriately.

For this issue, do not submit a ticket through FusionCash.  Instead, fill out the form you are presented when you try to open RadioLoyalty - it's their business that needs to unlock the account.  Provide the information I noted, your computer's operating system (XP, 7, 8, other), browser you are using and version (version can usually be found by clicking "help" and selecting "about").  If you noticed any unusual behavior on the RadioLoyalty site the day before your account was suspended (did the streaming stop, did you not receive captchas timely, were ads frame breaking the site, etc), not these - as it could be that issues with the site while you were listening caused their detection software to register a false positive resulting in your (and my) account's suspension.

Continue to inquire via the RadioLoyalty form until you get an email reply with instructions or your account is re-opened.  I'm still waiting for my first account to be re-opened, and will be persistent in my inquiries until the issue is resolved.  I suggest you do the same.  Just be courteous when writing, provide as much information as you can, and be persistent until you get your account re-opened.

I have never seen this either. I assume that there could be something with the updated browsers that their software isn't handling properly and inappropriately flagging people. I get better credits with video and radio on Chrome than on firefox. Try another browser next day if you get the message from the other browser.

I have never seen the message about Radio Loyalty being abuse.  I love this program and I always get credit for it.

I have never gotten that message; however, today I have had RL on for over an hour and it has not given me a code to put in for the 3 cents.

I have not gotten that message; however, yesterday I went into Radio Loyalty and was awarded only 3 cents, although I listened to it for hours. ??? ??? ??? :rainbow: :rose:

i have not been getting credit anymore either... in fact the capthca stopped working or does not pop up for credit.

If you have trouble with radio loyalty, try a different browser.
You may only be able to access from one Free site.  I only use RL at Fusion Cash.

All information is good to know. I have seen R L on another site but have only used it on FC.
