First of all, it's called LOSING Weight.  What you need to do is change your diet to organic fruits and veggies, get plenty of sleep, drink at least 8 glasses of spring water per day, and read my blog to have a healthier lifestyle and to lose weight.   My blog is http://www.healthyintuitions.blogspot.com .   It IS possible to lose weight in just a few months if you follow my lead, because I did it too!

And don't forget the exercise......very important!! (Although, I'm one to talk....I don't get much in myself these days  ::) )

I would say that loosing 2 LB's per week is normal, please do not try loosing weight too fast...

i wouldnt recommend losing that much weight in a month unless you have alot of weight to lose.  typically when you lose this much then your just loosing water weight and once off your diet will gain the weight back.

I think it depends on the person, the weight, and the diet you do. It is a lot of weight to lose in just a month though.

That's too much to lose safely in a month unless you are at least 100 lbs. overweight.
