That's happened to me before. I know it stinks but I just move on to the next one.

That has happened to me and not on Fusion Cash. It has happened on another site. I did a long survey, about 20 minutes. I submitted and expected a congratulations. Instead I got a sorry but you are over-quota. Every time I complete and submit a survey now, I take a deep breath. Thankfully, it does not happen a lot and most surveys go well.  :)

This has happened to me before. I did not think it was fair either but that's the way it is if the quota is filled even we fully completed the survey. The only thing I can say is just wait for the next survey you're invited to and there's a good chance you will qualify to complete the survey.

That will always be a part of the survey taking experience.  It's all part of the process.  Right before posting on this forum today, I attempted a restaurant survey.  I thought I was going to qualify.  It must have been about 10 to 15 minutes then I get the red flag.  I don't qualify.  It happens and I have come to expect it from time to time.  The good news is that just around the cyber corner is a survey waiting that I will be able to complete and get credit for.  Keep trying.

Well, that happened to me ALL THE TIME ! sometimes after a 20 pre-qualitified survey, I thought I've gotten it, but it turn into '"Unfortunately, you........".  What should I ? complaining ? quiting FC ? I think the best way is just forgetting it and moving on.

This has happened to me before as well!  It is not fair at all!
There is no law against preventing this from happening, so until then unfortunately,
we must put up with it if we want to make any kind of money.

I hate when that happens. I watch the progress bar fill and say to myself I know that as soon as I submit this answer they're gonna kick me out and it's either that or something ends up with the connection to the survey.
