Hello Support...no response about videos not paying!!!

I put in a topic about videos not paying here in the support section and no response from support! What is going on? Is there a special place I need to go to? I've received no emails regarding this matter and would appreciate a response. Apparently, I'm not the only one going through this and it's not ethical to say you offer something and not have it work properly.

From what I have been reading it is the peanut lab ones that were brought over that aren't crediting. There must be a problem with them, no one seems to be getting credit from what I have read, hopefully they can get it fixed soon, I really look forward to having the 2 cent videos since we no longer have the 3 cent ones.

Posting on the forum isn't really contacting support. You would need to open a support ticket to get specific responses back from admin. Those are found under the help section

Here is my view on this:

Fusion Cash administration is aware of the problem. Obviously, they cannot resolve
the issue. I do not understand why, but that just the way it is.

PUT IT TO REST.

Ignore, the 2 cents and this morning the 1.75 cents videos,
THEY DO NOT CREDIT.

IGNORE THEM, AND MOVE ON TO SOMETHING ELSE.

The reason I am saying that, is simply because I can "feel"
the tension members express in their posts. 

Fusion Cash has been around for a few years, and I
believe they will be around for a few more years.

We need them, they need us. Let's not nag them
with Support Ticket and nasty posts. It is not going
to help any of us.

I would love to hear your reply.

I was just going to post the away about the 1.75.  I would stick to what you know will work.   If you have some extra free time and you can do those other videos go ahead.   I would focus on something else.   Good luck.

So where were these Peanut lab videos moved from? I never knew there were videos any were else on Fusion cash.

get credited for any of them.

These videos had issues on the back end stemming from the advertiser (Peanut Labs).

This caused issues with the videos from not playing, not crediting, or not displaying the page properly. They have removed their videos from FusionCash for the time being.

They are working diligent to correct their issues and will be back on the video page working very shortly!
