How often do you go for a walk?

How often do you go outside, get some fresh air, and take a walk?

I don`t walk very often outside, but I always walking in our stairs inside everyday. I think that gives me a good exercise. Sometimes I run in the stairs and it made my heartbeat fast.

I walk with a big group Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 3-5 miles. I usually try to walk everywhere else that is within a mile

Pretty much every day unless it's a big storm with lots of wind and rain, then I go to Walmart.

I don't go for walks. I stay inside my home, and only go outside if I have a reason to.

There is always a reason for all of us to walk.  Whether it is a short, medium, or long walk.  We can all do it.

I try to walk about 5 times a week to keep a good heart maintenance.  Somtimes outside or treadmill.

I walk everyday after dinner, and if possible also sneak in an extra walk around my apartment in the mornings.

I go for a walk every evening right before sundown.  It's nice to get some fresh air and a little exercise.  I live in the country where it's very peaceful - a perfect setting for a walk.

I used to walk everyday but now I either use the treadmill or walk around the supermarket. But one of these days I will do it outside again.

I walk everyday. Since I'm retired I usually get at least two walks in a day. I have a little high energy dog that I take with me. I love to be out in the woods in the fresh air.

I'm impressed with your walking!  I used to be a faithful walker.  Somehow my work schedule took over my walking.  You inspired me to get back out there.
