How often do you go for a walk?

I go for a walk almost everyday. Whenever it is sunny and above 50 degrees; 99% of the time I'll be outside walking.

Years ago I went walking everyday.  But because of Arthritis and pain, I had to stop my walks.  I am now stuck on the oh so boring stationary bike which is going nowhere-I hate it because I am unable to do the things I want to do.

I used to jog a mile every morning, but since entering my second trimester and sciatica kicking in more than usual I have stopped going out as much. I try to go for a walk at least every other day if I can. I also have a 3 year old so she's got me chasing her around all day. Now that I'm entering my third trimester, I'm hoping to be able to at least walk every other day still.

From a good nights sleep to the kitchen. Then to my car. Into a store to by more food for the kitchen. Wandering around to find the remote. Back to bed.

I usually go out for a walk everyday unless it's raining. A short walk can really clear your head. I like the feeling it gives me. I always feel refreshed and focused once I return.
