Sure do, I like every part of my pet elephant! She is quite the clown and always steals the covers on cold nights! Just can't trust those critters!

They are a must have at any fair or festival I go to. I like my with just powdered sugar on it butIve had it with apples on it before and thats delicious too!

That must be a regional treat.  I love the plants and I love animals, but we don't have anything edible here called "elephant ears".  The description comes cloud be describing "Indian Fry Bread" if you topped it with sugar and cinnamon.  It's quite delicious and can be topped with powdered sugar or jelly.  If you top it with taco toppings it becomes an "Indian taco". Yum.

Never heard of eating elephant ears!  We used to have some beautiful elephant ears in our backyard and not really sure what killed them.
