Grad!
« on: May 28, 2014, 09:01:07 am »
So as I posted on a few others about this past weekend... We had my daughters graduation from high school from high school this weekend. It was GREAT and the school assured us that even though there was over 250 in the class it would run no more then an hour and half and they were right. We live outside Atlanta and all of our counties (that we live in) schools were having their graduation ceremonies at the GA Dome. There are nine high schools in the county and they were doing them all in two days... Yesterday and today. With four being done one day and five the other. My daughters school was the first one to be done of the nine. She had to be there at 7am and grad started at 9. We are so proud of her. It was a long hard time but she did it. :)

That's a big, important step for your daughter! She made it through arguably the toughest 4 years of school!  :) That is, before college at least. Congratulations to her! You must be very proud.  :rose:

Its great when I our children graduate from high school, its harder on our kids now so my hat is off to you and your family.  My son graduated in 2010 and I was so happy in my family (my siblings and there kids) I graduated high school and my son I had one niece who took a GED but the rest of my nieces and nephews are not old enough yet but by the looks of it we well only I have one nephew who will graduate it doesn't look good for the rest.

I actually have a gap in ages as well. The oldest is 22 and my youngest will turn 12 in July.
