Well my best guess would be before 180 days (6 months) after the first offer you completed for that cashout.

And with that being said my second best guess is to cashout July 31 or before if you want it next month.

if you want to be nice to your referer the best time to cash out is when you get 25 bucks, that way you give your referer the most amount of money possible
