we went to the pool all day cooked out and just had girl time i love it i wish they could just stay here but i know they can't so i am grateful for what time we do get together ad i love the grand

Always take a coldish shower after coming in from the sun, your body continues to "tan" burn for hours after getting out of the sun.   Taking a cool shower basically turns the body tanning/burning mechanism off, cools it down.        Learned that from a first aid class.

I read your post and smiled.  I think it is grand that you are having fun on this Mother's Day with your girls.   My daughter wished me "Happy Mother's Day" and I wished her the same.  I caught my favorite aunt (my mother's sister next to her) and wished her the same before she left the house.  Today is her grandson's birthday; he is now 23.  My uncle would have been 80 on May 8 had he lived to see it  (he passed at the age of 69 in January 2004).

Sounds like you girls had a wonderful day and as a mom I know what you mean.  It really gets hard when your kids are grown and sometimes live away from you.  Glad you had a great day with them though.
