weirdness of surveys
« on: May 08, 2014, 05:09:38 pm »
I need help.  I tried to click on my surveys and a window popped up that said I could not access my surveys from another country other than the one I originally signed up for.  What the problem?

Does you using a proxy to access the internet? That will reroute your connection through other countries. Some other internet connections will also bounce signals around the world

I agree that they're good about crediting you if you attempted a task that you couldn't complete because of something on their end. In my experience, they'll send you an email back and give you credit the following Friday.

thanks for your response.  Not sure what caused it since I have been using the same computer and access.  I will give it a day or two before trying again.

This is happening to me today, though I suppose it might be due to what the Admin had to do to fix my account.  Perhaps its some issue with ATT(who I have)

Daeth2 I realize that ATT is the problem because I entered the internet with a different source and it allowed me to at get into the survey even though it said that I did not qualify for any of them. boo!  How did you get admin to fix your account
