I haven't had Mongolian Barbecue for a long time.  I learned to love eating that when I lived in Northern Utah and it isn't a food I can find in the small town of Cedar City.

I guess I could learn how to make it but that would require effort.  Maybe I'll take a trip up north.   

I'm with you here.  It's been a very long time that I've had a really good steak too.  One that's cooked on the grill.  Is juicy and not dried out but isn't raw in the middle either.  Having a baked potato with butter and sour cream, corn on the cob and a slice of apple pie or peach cobbler.  Oh man - I think I just planned out fathers day.

Well, I haven't had Chinese food in a while. I really do enjoy it. I love egg rolls the best! But I can't really eat it that often because it's very greasy and irritates my gallbladder. So I only have it once in a while, and it's been quite a while!

I haven't had shrimp for quite awhile.  I could go for some grilled on skewers or even some cocktail shrimp now that I am thinking of it...

Indian food.  They're available where I am located, but I only eat them when I am out with friends who also like this. My family, however, isn't that big on this type of cuisine.

Crabs. I use to live on the East Coast and we had fresh seafood almost every day, but now I'm land locked and crabs is one of the foods I haven't had in a while and miss.

LIVER I haven't had that (bad word, the word is number 2 when you go to the bathroom) in a very long, when I was a kid.  Well, it tasted like (another bad word same as the above word).  Horrible taste, and I was forced to eat that, however, bacon was cooked with it so I tried to eat as much bacon I could with this repulsive tasting whatever it was, it really tasted like.  I hate chicken livers also, blahhhh (and that's being nice).      Those were my faces when I knew liver was the dinner for the night.
