I like the Special K snack bars.  90 to 100 calories.
Not sure how healthy they are but for that amount of calories it fills me up for normally more than an hour.

Cascadian Farms makes some yummy granola bars. There's another brand I can picture in my head right now that make more of a cereal kind of bar, but I can't for the life of me recall the name. :confused1: Strolling through Whole Foods always results in finding some tasty, healthy snack bars. :)

I ate a Special K protein bar this morning then got really sick a short time later.  Not sure if it was the protein bar, which was pretty good, or something else.

I really like Nature Valley's snack bars, especially the sweet and salty ones with Almond and Cashew. I like Special K's cereal bars as well.

From what I've researched Kashi and Cascadian Farms has the most healthiest bars to choose from.  I have a tree nut allergy so I have to be real careful whenever I eat any snack/granola bar.  Aldi has some real good ones.  This morning I had a sunbelt bakery golden almond granola bar.  It's weird that I can have almonds and they don't affect me like walnuts, cashews etc... There is a lot of syrup, sugar and sweetness in sunbelts products.  Sure do taste good though.
