I quit smoking 7 1/2 years ago.  I smoked for 45 years.  One morning I was cook saugage and got smoke in the house and I could not breath.  I had to go in the garage when it was cold and I had trouble breathing for 1 1/2 hours.  I laid down my cigs. and never picks them up again.  I can tell you I have felt better and have saved a lot of money.  I smoked 2 packs a day when I quit.  Hope everyone has a good and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :) ;D :in-love:

As a non-smoker, I can't tell you how to quit.  From the people I know who have tried or who have quit- it is all up to you.  You own your mind and body. You are the only one who can make it work.
