Payment proof via PayPal - questions
« on: April 30, 2014, 03:28:25 pm »
I followed the directions on taking a screen shot of my PayPal e-mail but it doesn't cooperate.  Is there another way?  Can someone explain it in another way?

Ok, well, I went another route and got a picture of my PayPal payment.  However, when I went through the process of uploading it via the form, I got this message:

"Sorry, but the cashout you selected (ID #0) is not valid for this promotion."

What does that mean???  This was for my March payment.  Is that too old now?

Did you actually select the payment it was for or just try to upload it without picking one?

If it actually said "  (ID#0)   "  and you didn't just omit it in your post, sounds like ladavia89 is pointing you in the right direction.

When I submit my POP request, it usually only has one cash out number to select, but I still have to click on it so the system can "read"  the selection and match it up with the POP submitted.

There was a time limit under the old method  -- 2 months -- if I remember correctly, but I haven't seen any limitation under this new system.  If the cash out is shown as available in the submit form, it should still be eligible for the bonus.

Yes, the cashout was still available and I did select it.  I'll try again.

What browser are you using? I know some things on the site work better on certain browsers

You have to make sure you select the one that the picture is for.

That's quite unfortunate. For me, the payment proof doesn't even seem to like me because I can't even get approved.

You may want to submit a ticket and see if support can assist you. It sounds sounds like it may be more complicated than we know.

Do you have a PAINT software on your computer?

When I submit my POP, I start by bringing up my Paypal account and click on the details of the Fusion Cash payment so that the transaction is shown on my screen.

Then I click on PRINTSCRN.  This is the screenshot of that will be brought into PAINT.

Then I bring up the PAINT software and click on PASTE.  This brings the screenshot of the FC payment onto the PAINT worksheet.

I use the CLIP function to define the portion of the transaction that I want to show.
(I use a Window 7 pc and the way PAINT works on XP Windows is a bit different)

Then I use the ERASURE to blank out whatever info, I don't want the world to see (ie my email address and the transaction ID).

Finally, I use  FILE SAVE AS  to save the PAINT worksheet as a picture in my Shared Pictures Library.  I use a jpeg extension and give the picture a name that will make it easy for me to find when I want to load it up in FC.  (ie FCPOPmmddyyyy)

I usually only have one cash out available to select when I want to submit my POP, but I select that one and then click on Browse to find the picture in my Shared Picture file.  Click on the picture and then click on OPEN to load the picture up into Fusion Cash.

There are size limitations and recommended extensions (jpeg is one).   I haven't had any problems submitting my POP's using this routine.

swogden, I'm going to try that and see if it works.

I have clicked on the blip about the March payment and submitted my picture and it wasn't working, so when I have time, heck, I'll try it right now.

I have been asking for months for fusion to be fair. we can mail these to support if they would only be fair. I have spent hours doing it all different ways and it will never submit in that thing they put out to make us use. Im guessing it only works for macs or something like that. it really isn't fair that we can not report our earnings to get our dollar.
