Cashing out with the minimum is ok but are you allowed to cash out only once per month or is it just every time you reach $25?  Could you cash out each week as long as you meet the requirements?

You can only receive payment once a month and only have one pending payment at a time so essentially you can only cashout once a month. You can request payment then later cancel it if you wish to cashout a higher amount
