Cable tv programming
« on: April 24, 2014, 10:58:24 am »
Has anyone found anything new or exciting coming up for the summer season on tv?  What shows will be good to get into?  A lot of my favorites seem to have wrapped up and are disappearing.  What are you looking forward to?

Well, I'm looking forward to "True Blood," but have heard that this season, season 7, will be it's last.  :(

I haven't seen anything new on TV this year. I have not seen good shows coming up this summer either. Like they do a lot of the time! So it all I would say is a bigger summer to go camping and enjoy the outdoors with your family!

There's hardly ever anything new on TV day of days it's all about sex and violence see who can make the dirtiest and most violent show and still getting put on the air. That's what I think anyway do you disagree!?

I love trashy TV!  I love "Real Housewives of wherever"  "Vanderpump Rules" (My friend has even been to Sur twice!) and "The Real World"  Also I have recently started watching Total Divas and I love that show, John Cera is nice to look at  ;)

Most of my summer series got moved to fall or spring time slots, so I'm not really sure what's left.  The only one I know that should be coming back that I'm waiting for is "Falling Skies" on TNT.

Maybe "Wipeout" too - that's always fun to watch, but not necessarily a "must see".  I'll also be looking forward to the new season of "So You Think You Can Dance" - see what new talent they have, hope they get another good group.

The show I've been waiting for is on right now, Game of Thrones. I don't think I have anything I regularly watch during the summer except Wilfred on FX. I feel like there's one more that's slipping my mind though.

bigedshult, I do not disagree with you at all!  You are so right.  I know family programming is a joke and a thing of the past and it is just sad.  And, just like the above posters have said, there is nothing really new.  Everything that everyone is excited about is just returning seasons of programs.  I was hoping to find something new and exciting to get into.
