I like Vick's vapor rub. I use this too when I'm feeling down and it feels so nice, especially when spread across my chest. Things like and Tiger balm tends to make me feel refreshed / recharged.

The only time I use Vicks vapor rub is when I'm sick.

I still use it when I'm sick.  It really helps with the congestion.

 been around forever. Great for colds. My son already learned that it helps him breath better.

Rub it on your chest, your back, your feet, your forehead, on your nose. Breath fresh air. It's the best!

Yes I remember using that stuff when I was a kid to relieve the sinus pressure, but man that odor a person never forgets once you can breathe a little

a fellow I play golf with at times told me that his doctor told him to use it on his nail fungus... have no idea if it works or not, but I bet the fungus breathes easier! :D

i have asthma so bad and i wonder if vicks would help this.  i think my mom may have used this on me as a young child but i cant fully remember now.  I cant always breathe well but i take advair and its helpful...but you have to use it all the time.

I grew up with my Mom using vicks vapor rub on all of us for different illnesses and it definitely worked.  I also used it on my daughter via a vaporizer because she suffered from bronchitis when she was a small baby.  The stuff still works as well as it did when I was a child.
