OpinionBar survey froze
« on: April 14, 2014, 07:48:14 pm »
I just took this survey about grocery shopping that lasted 6 days and just before finishing the thing won't let me drag and drop.So I'm stuck after all that work with nothing to do but turn it off for no credit. >:(

And they wonder why I don't do surveys often.

It's kind of neat because I just  did a post I think about this survey not knowing that you put this down. If this is the survey I'm thinking of it was a survey that consisted of two parts. You did one part and then they are supposed to give you a email to do the second part and you don't get paid until both parts are done. I did the first part but when I finished the first part it never asked for a email to give me the link to the second part to do when I got to the store. It was supposed to be a survey I do on my smart phone when I got to the grocery store but all week lots of survey topics that didn't consist of it opened up being the second part which of course I was home on my computer since I didn't know it was the second part. It did that on almost every survey topic this week which made me not beable to do surveys.  It is almost going on a second week now.

That is unfortunate that you took the survey and got to the end only to have it freeze up on you. But don"t let that discourage from taking surveys. I try to complete at least  1 or 2 surveys a day so that I could cash out every month. The surveys do add up a lot faster than the tasks.

Wow, I would NOT be happy.  Isn't there any way you can contact the company of the survey?  I'd be looking for an address to send an email.  Every time, like TODAY, I complete a survey and don't get credited, I'm sending an email with a screen shot and my explanation that I've completed the survey and didn't get the credit for it.  If you ask me, this is happening all too often and we have no recourse but to say, "oh well!"  BS.  You put the effort in, you answered the questions, you should be paid for it.

I would open a support ticket. Also, if it is not too late, copy the page of the survey that froze and attach it or any other documentation that you can attach. You might get some partial credit or you might get that last page back with the glitch resolved and be able to continue and finish.

I tried to use the "help" button on the survey, but it just re-started the survey.

As far as support tickets go,don't make me laugh.I just got the answer for the last one I sent in for the 4 cents I got stiffed for the daily e-mail.And they couldn't come across with 4 cents that was from THEIR own Emails, you think they'll compensate for a buck or so lost due to someone else's site's glitch?

I tell you,FC's support system is among the worst.I belong to another site (that shall remain nameless) and if you send a support ticket for a survey that didn't credit, they give you the dollar no questions asked within 24hrs.FC wouldn't give 2 cents if their own momma asked for it.
