I don't usually eat bread but if I do decide to eat I will eat anything available which is usually once every three months. I am trying to watch my carbs. I also am losing weight which is my goal.

Chicago Italian bread from the bakery at our local supermarket.  When it is fresh it is awesome with softened butter.  It also makes really good toast.

I avoid bread.  Instead, I reach for gluten free crackers, cereal, etc. so I can have grain without triggering digestive system allergies.
