i would love to live in a big house on farm land where your next door neighbor is like 2 miles away and nobody to bother me,i like to play loud music and have big fires,and do what ever i want and not have body complaining about what i do.

Well it depends on the situation but me myself i rather have land with trustworthy friends to split the land for personal convince otherwise it would be to expensive to live on the land (a small plot would do for me sense im single & if need be i can build a second floor).

that is a good question, with surrounding houses you have neighbors and they could benefit you in hard times, but in a lot you can be private, its privacy over security, I would say in a community for security, it cant get that noisy

I would prefer a big house on a small lot, that way I don't have that much lawn to mow anyway.

Currently, I'd love just a small house either on a lot of land or just a small lot.  It's only me at the moment so I don't need a lot of space.  Hopefully the "finding someone to share my life with" part will fall into place at some point but right now it's just me and I don't really need a lot of space.  If I had enough money, I'd love to have a big place in the future but something that's just mine is what I'm more concerned with at the moment.

I'd say the large house. It's be easier to resell and would be closer to urban necessities.

I bought my house (quite small) when I was a single lady in my mid-20s and THEN found the person I married. Now our house is too small since there are two of us, lol.

To me the better option would be the land. You can do alot with land. You could sell it, build it up, split it. make your own little kingdom persay.etc.. lots more.. With a bigger house comes bigger responsibilities.. You get more work , more cleaning and more likely to be robbed... Yeah i would take the land in a perfect world (:

We have a medium size house on 65 acres with woods, deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife.  Love it!
