It's truly an adventure taking any of these surveys.  You never know what is going to happen.  I've had problems similar to yours, where I thought I was home free, only to run into a problem like no button to push or the screen freezing at the very last minute.  What a waste of all that time spent answering questions honestly!  The best adventure is when you get to the end and see a screen saying that you will get your reward!

I did one this morning, got to the last slider check point with the number and the page errored, completed the entire thing and didn't get credit.

FC seems to be having issues with survey hosts as I clicked on a link for a survey today and got this message:
You have been terminated from this survey because our client identified you as a poor quality respondent. This means that you either took the survey too quickly or were not providing well considered responses. Your account will be deactivated after two (2) poor quality terminations.

I didn't even answer ONE question. Instantly got a "strike" without even answering one question.

NOT impressed.

I got that message today. When I clicked on it, I got that message just today. The problem is I never had a chance to look at the survey. I have not answered a single question on the survey. So I'm not impressed to see this as well. So I got a strike too. It was the movie goer survey I clicked on and never had a chance to answer a single question. I submitted a support ticket to see that they say.

That was the same survey that gave me the message. Hopefully it has nothing to do with my FC account.

I just finished a 20-min lawn and garden survey and was feeling really proud to get all the way through 27 questions and thinking I would get 75cents or at least a penny for disqualifying but the survey just abruptly ended with a picture of a seed spreader and no thank you or anything at all. How rude!

I got a reply from the support and this is what they say,  "This may have been from previous surveys since you have had several denied at a later time".

So you better submit a support ticket and ask them to see if this affects your FC account or not and see if strikes expire.

I have had that happen to me a couple of times but I do not let that upset me to much because things like that do happen. I just hate it when my internet connection get lost

I've been getting a lot of the commercial surveys lately. Only 1 that I have had problems with and that was yesterday. When I completed it and hit the finish button, instead of taking me to the FC screen saying congrats, you will get your credit, etc it took me to a survey site where you couldn't enter anything or get out of it. I left it open for a few hours hoping I would get credit but I never did. Bummer when you complete the whole survey and then don't get credit for it. Glad it doesn't happen very often!
I haven't had that happen with the commercial surveys. I have had that happen with other surveys. It is upsetting when  you are done with the survey instead of it going back to FC it goes to the survey companies website then it doesn't credit. Sometimes it makes me wonder if the survey company does that on purpose.

I don't recall any problems like that on the commercial surveys.  I have, however, had other issues similar to the one you described with other types of surveys.  Like you said, at least it doesn't happen too often.

Yesterday, I did a commercial survey and at the end when you have to slide the same number they tell you to, I choice what they showed. When I went to submit it the number that I slid it to changed so it was different then what they said to put it as. When it got submitted it said that I didn't qualify for it. That was upsetting too!

Yesterday I got to the end of the commercial survey and it just said "The survey has ended" and when I clicked OK it just took me back to the slider screen instead of taking me to the Fusion Cash screen that says credit was rewarded.

I had that happen this morning. Kind of annoying, but I know I wouldn't have qualified for it anyway as it was for Spanish speaking people. I just wanted that penny lol.

I have had this happen to me before, so I hit the refresh button and had to answer the same question over again and I was able to continue with the survey.

This usually works for me too.
