Commercial survey made me mad

One of the two commercial surveys I almost was done with and then the next button didn't show up so I didn't get it credited for it. That has happened to me before. Thank goodness that doesn't happen very often though. I was hoping the second one wouldn't do that and it didn't thank goodness. Has this happened to any of you before?

I have never had that problem.The commercial surveys I qualify for usually work with no trouble and credit within minutes.

Sorry to hear, I've had that happen to me before, too. What I do is right click on the window and pick "refresh". You'll have to start the survey all over again, but at least you'll get credit the second time through.

Wow, I'm really sorry to hear that happened to you. Luckily, I have never encountered that problem before. But, a couple days ago, I ran into a problem where the commercial just continued to buffer and nothing else happened. I ended up having to refresh and do it all over again, but at least I got credit for it.

I have had same or similar problems. I have finished or come close to finishing a survey and there is some kind of glitch at the very end. I can not finish or submit and never get credit. It has happened, not just on Fusion Cash, but when I am also on other sites.

It has happened once or twice when I am taking a Commercial Evaluation survey, most recently last month.

Fortunately, it does not happen very often but it is a real drag when it does happen.

Did you try resizing the window? That happened to me before on a different survey. The automated size for the survey wasn't big enough to see the whole survey.

I do these surveys all the time and I have never had this happen to me.  I'm like you, if I was almost through and that happened I would be very upset.

I have had this happen to me before, so I hit the refresh button and had to answer the same question over again and I was able to continue with the survey.

It has happened to me too. I hit refresh as well. I have to answer the same questions again, but at least I get to complete the survey. :monkey:

This happened to me just now.   I finished the survey all the way through until the last number bar, when the next button was already pressed down & it was unable to move forward.    So I took the url link & put it in another window to see if it would bring up a non stuck page &  I got disqualified

it happened to me once also so I refreshed the page and was able to get credit... did have to do the survey again, but its the only time it has happened since I've joined this site... hopefully it won't become a common thing

I did one this morning, got to the last slider check point with the number and the page errored, completed the entire thing and didn't get credit.

FC seems to be having issues with survey hosts as I clicked on a link for a survey today and got this message:
You have been terminated from this survey because our client identified you as a poor quality respondent. This means that you either took the survey too quickly or were not providing well considered responses. Your account will be deactivated after two (2) poor quality terminations.

I didn't even answer ONE question. Instantly got a "strike" without even answering one question.

NOT impressed.

I got that message today. When I clicked on it, I got that message just today. The problem is I never had a chance to look at the survey. I have not answered a single question on the survey. So I'm not impressed to see this as well. So I got a strike too. It was the movie goer survey I clicked on and never had a chance to answer a single question. I submitted a support ticket to see that they say.

I'm on other sites as well, and this issue does indeed seem to be a problem with the survey itself -- not FC.

I do agree that it's very frustrating though when it occurs. :(

I've been getting a lot of the commercial surveys lately. Only 1 that I have had problems with and that was yesterday. When I completed it and hit the finish button, instead of taking me to the FC screen saying congrats, you will get your credit, etc it took me to a survey site where you couldn't enter anything or get out of it. I left it open for a few hours hoping I would get credit but I never did. Bummer when you complete the whole survey and then don't get credit for it. Glad it doesn't happen very often!
