I Don't Think Safari Likes Fusion Cash, I Really Don't

My husband and I got a new laptop a few months ago and I has been wonderful.  Everyone that we have talked to that has the model absolutely loves their computer.  So the test for me was, will it be compatible with the sites that I work?  After all, a great computer for some won't mean a hill of beans to me if I can't work Fusion Cash. 

So, for a while, everything was going great and then not so much.  The browser that came with our system is Safari.  Last weekend I was not able to log onto my site.     First I thought I was FC, then I thought that maybe I have to download my updates.  I did the download yesterday and still was not able to open Fusion Cash.  Bummer. 

I've worked FC only on Firefox until I started using Safari.  So I downloaded Firefox and here I am. 

I have no idea what happened because I can work all of my other sites with Safari not problem.  Something changed so I went back to what is turning out to be my favorite browser.

My Macs, old and new both used Safari and I've used both, in turn, to work FC with no problems.  Only once, recently, did it have trouble finding the server, for a day.  I can't tell you how to get it to work, but I can say it's not universal.

I think FC had an update a few days ago so their website was unavailable. Maybe you can try again in a few days when everything is more stable again?

The site unavailability you experienced was not related to your choice of browser.  If you had tried firefox at that time, it also wouldn't have worked, most likely.

FC should work with recent versions of Safari.

That's good to know because I don't want to run out of browsers.  I do still have Safari on my system since I use it for other tasks.  That said, I will try using Safari for FC just to see how it goes.  Thank you for your input.

I had only one problem trying to log in with the iPad which uses the same browser ( I think ).  That is what raised the eyebrows as to what the problem really was.  Anyway, I'm having no problem with foxfire.

I know what you man, Linda, I feel the same way.  Thankfully I think everything is O.K. so I'm once again a happy Fusion Cash camper.
