spring fevers/colds

This happens to me every year usually at the beginning or middle of spring & last night it started a spring cold. O and i know its april fools day but this bites having a cold. :sweat: :cat: :(

I think the weather trying to change is what gets everyone or it could be allergies for things starting to bloom.

 I had that one year, the trick is to get a flue shot in February and you'll be fun for Spring.

Yea I know the feeling, I always get an itchy nose and throat with a stuffy nose every year around this time

Ah, I hope you feel better soon. I usually don't get sick in the spring or summer, but almost every winter I do.

Its the weather that makes you get a cold. Its you body reacting to the climit change.So a lot of people do get sick.

The pollen kicked my butt this past weekend, but it wasn't as bad as it normally is.  Maybe my new diet is doing its job!!!
