As several members have noted, this rule primarily exists to protect advertisers, and members.

You have to think of it from their perspective.  If you have tens of thousands of new registrants in a month, you will just assume that multiple signups from the same internet connection (that is to say, IP address) are fraudulent/duplicate.  It's not feasible to dig into each individual signup and try to determine if they are really unique or not.  When an advertiser sees multiple signups from a single IP, they generally revoke payment for ALL of the associated commissions.  If it happens a lot, we can lose advertiser contracts altogether.  The same applies to things like tasks, surveys, and RadioLoyalty - they are all limited by IP.  If we allowed multiple accounts per internet connection, those members would have a hard time getting credited, and would face frequent credit revokes when they DID get credited.  That's bad for everyone.

The other reason for this rule is because of our generous (non-percentage-based) referral program.  Multiple accounts at a single IP would open the doors to a lot of referral fraud, and it's already a problem as it is.

I don't really have a problem following the rules but it would be nice to be able to use another IP while on vacation.  I usually go to my brothers' house for a week in the fall and it would be nice to be able to keep up with FC that week.

I wasn't aware this wasn't allowed (oops, guess I need to go back and read the TOS again).  I spend about a week out of each month visiting my aging father who lives in another state.  I always complete my FC activities while I'm there, the same as I do at home.  I've never had any problems accessing any of the features of the site and I always receive credit.  I was under the impression that this was okay (as long as my father isn't a member of FC, of course).  I definitely don't want to break any rules so I guess I won't be doing that anymore.  :-(

Actually, you are correct....you can do FC at your father's house as long as no one else in his household is a member of FC and using his IP address. One can technically use a public library, a motel's WIFI, etc. HOWEVER, they take a HUGE risk of another member also accessing or previously having accessed that same public WIFI/IP address and then they both can get their account banned/terminated.

As oldbuddy mentioned, TeamViewer is a great option. It is remote access software that allows you to remotely access your home computer with your laptop or another computer that also has TeamViewer installed on it. You just need to leave your home computer on and TeamView running. It works great and what's better.....it's FREE. Just go to their site and download it!!

Thank you so much for clearing this up for me!  I love FusionCash and was kind of stressing a little bit over the fact that I may have been unknowingly cheating.  My father is a widower and lives alone out in the middle of nowhere.  He's not a member of FC and never will be so there's no conflict there.  I'm going there next week, so it's a big relief knowing that I'll be able to continue my FC activities as usual.  Thanks again for clearing this up for me!

I agree. My husband would do this also, we can't both do it.  Well, I guess that is a loss for FC.  Maybe they will use something else down the road.  I tried to refer one of my friends and sent her the message when I was at work.  Later in the day, she tried to join, also from work and it blocked my account for 4 days till I explained what happened.  That little glitch cost FC a member and me a referral because she didn't want to mess with it after that.

There is a way to do this legitimately and fairly, just leave your home computer running with Team Viewer and use another computer with Team Viewer to access it and run Fusioncash just like you were at home.

This is what I have been suggesting since many PTC sites like Neobux has strict IP rule. If I need to click ads away from from, I'd use Team Viewer.

You are very welcome! I have a similar situation in that my husband & I live in one town, but his job is in another so we are only home on the weekends. I am the only person accessing our WIFI's (with obviously different IP addresses) who is a member of FC, so there is no problem in doing that. I actually cleared this with Admin when my hubby and I got married and I knew I was facing this issue, and they said "no problem" as long as no other FC members would be using the same IP addresses.

Personally I'm satisfied with the way things work here in fusion cash. So far, I have no complaints but I see why you feel this way not being able to have your girlfriend earn money as well.

I am satisfied with the one ip address rule too.
If I am away from home for a week, I take a vacation from FusionCash too.

I never really understood the whole IP address thing.  Admin mentioned it from the perspective of the advertisers and that is understandable.  But here's my question - each member has to sign in with his or her own personal, unique user ID and password.  Shouldn't that be sufficient?  I'll put it to you this way - I have a bank with many branches.  It doesn't matter where I choose to do my banking as long as I have my ID and account numbers.  Am I right?   ???

When I go visit my daughter, I can't access my fusion cash account, because I'm at a different IP address.  This means that I can't make as much that month because I usually stay at her house 4 to 5 days at the time.

That is a good idea but I do not think that FC will go for it. I do not think that you can use your account on another computer. I mean if your computer went down for a couple of days, you would not be able to go to the Free Library to complete offers on your account.

This is a good trick! I didn't know that was even possible.

What is team viewer?

It's a way to remote control your computer at home from anywhere on the Internet. Put it in Google.
