spent the night at the er

i threw my back out spent 13 hrs at the hospital so i am going  to lie down on the heating pad and take a pain pill hopefully it  will get better quickly

Hope you get better.  I am awakened by back pains all the time.  I take Bayer Back & Body and it helps to alleviate the pain somewhat.  I can tolerate the pain sometimes, and sometimes it is so severe that it actually brings tears to my eyes.  But I take it in stride.

yeah me too but when i can't stand up i no it's time to go to the er or to the doctors i have been in 4 car wrecks none which were my fault ut my back is all messed up
