whenever i try to do the offer, it always says they r having technical difficulties! is this happening to anyone else or is it just me? its been doing this for about a week already.

I usually don't get any qualifying questions anymore for this one.  It usually just tells me right away that they don't have any surveys.

.....................Keep trying, as you see here on my account, they ARE working, I recommend that if you do not qualify, to keep trying.......you will get in and sooner or later, I have some days that they will not qualify me but you got to keep pushin .

It was doing that o me a long time ago. I have no idea what that is about. I stopped doing the dailies for a few months so that they would have new surveys for me. I think I did everything they had lol!
