No credit for Nielsen and Opinion Square

I completed all the requirements for the Nielsen Digital Voice and Opinion Square offers but have yet to be credited for them and was wondering is there something I need to redo or what? I downloaded and installed what I had to in order to complete the offer. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate the help. Thanks so much.

Sometimes it takes 24 hours or more to get credit. Read the Nielsen offer and see if it says anything about how long the credit might take. That offer might require that you keep the software installed so many days before you get credit. If you do not get credit within 7 days, I suggest that you open up a support ticket.

Sometimes the browser is the problem. I have a MacBook and if I take offers using safari, I often do not get credit. I use chrome or firefox to take offers.

I did not get credited for one of them either.

It's been 24 hours and still nothing for Nielsen. I did finally receive credit for Opinion Square. THe Nielsen says to sign up and install on the computer, that it must not be uninstalled but says nothing about how long before they will give credit. I have not uninstalled, even double checked to make sure it installed correctly. I will give it a few more days and see if they credit my account before I open a support ticket. I'm having the same problem and it would put me at like 30 cent's short of my first payout hope it just takes a lil more time I just did it like an hour ago
