I'm from New York but have lived in Arizona for the past 19 years.  I also lived in New Mexico on and off before moving to Arizona.  I would go back to visit NY, but I would NEVER live there again.  There's an old saying, "You can never go home."  It's true because things change and it'll never be like you had it when you were a kid growing up.  I'll stick with my good memories and leave it at that.

I'm also born and raised in NJ!  And that's also where I currently live as well... I'm thinking about moving elsewhere in hopefully two years though - not sure where yet, just somewhere different, probably away from the East coast

I was born in S.C. and lived there till I was about 12 years old.  Lived briefly in S.C. and 5 or so years in California.  Moved to Texas after graduating high school and have been here ever since.  I love to go back to S.C. whenever I can, which is usually only about once a year.  Before my mom and dad passed away I was making the trip there every 3 months and would usually stay for 2 weeks.  Those were some of the most enjoyable times of my life and sure do miss it.

aha. Why not? I bet is always warm down there ah? I used to live Orlando Florida and ride bus down to Tampa Busch Garden visited there. I have friends and relatives working there and they helped me get discounted ticket for Busch Garden. The reason I moved from Orlando was because in my neighbor hood got shoot out one mid night  and that was really scared the hell of me. So many police officers surround the neighbor was totally scary.. very growded place and enjoyable especially if you are on your off days. Hangs ova....

Born in Richmond, VA, lived in Russia from when I was a year old to about 5 or 6 years, and then back to Richmond, VA.  I don't dislike it here, but my friend invited me to move down to Texas where she lives and I'm seriously considering it now, if the offer's still on the table. Time for a change!

How did you come to live in Russia?  Just curious?

It might be a more interesting story for my parents to have been special secret agents for the CIA or something, haha, but they're very religious and felt that God was calling them to go to Russia so they could be missionaries over there.  It was actually pretty successful. We met a lot of new people and my dad ministered at the church several times a week. We were affiliated with Faith Landmarks back then. (Sorry to say so much about it; I've always admired my dad's ability when it comes to preaching and things of the Word.  )
