any home remedies I have a really bad headache and a stomach ache any ideas will be helpful thank you

i read somewhere that it's good to smell peppermint. like the peppermint essential oil.

Hot lemon tea,any kind of (ginger) dish that's all I can think of that helps me when I have one.

Baths and sleep usually help me. Not really a remedy but it helps.

I usually just lay down for two hours that usually helps me.
