« on: March 01, 2014, 09:48:21 am »
Today is a beautiful sunny slightly warm day here in the DC Metro Area and I have grown up with the saying "If March comes in like a lamb it will go out like a lion and vice versa...My question to you all is...Have you heard this saying before and if so have you ever experienced it to be true...I have...back in the l980's back home in Ohio...last day of March it snowed a foot  ::)

I do not think  about  the  weather to much unless  a  threat of  a Tornado  or   Serve  Thunderstorm.

My mother in-law passed away early this morning.  She was in the nursing home and was rushed to the hospital.  The doctors discovered that her kidneys were failing and wanted to put her on dialysis; she didn't want to be on any machines period.  By Wednesday, her kidneys had collapsed.  She was ready to go, which I connect to being 87 years of age, in pain and feeling as if she was a burden.  So right now, I am sorry she had to go, but my hubby went to see her and said she looked as if she was at peace. :( :( :rainbow:

Alabama... snow and sleet one day and 70s the next. Never know which!

For example, today is mid 70's, but the low for tonight is 29, and the high for tomorrow is 44. Summer one day and winter the next.
