Weight loss makes a difference
« on: March 01, 2014, 04:46:05 am »
Great news, weight loss has so far made a great difference for me.
I joined a weight loss program and have so far loss about 15 pounds and blood
Pressure as of thursday was 116/80. I can't remember when my blood pressure
Numbers were so low.

I will continue with my weight loss journey. That is the
Motivation that I needed.

 :D ;) :)

Congratulations on the loss. :thumbsup:I have just started back on mine.I have thyroid issues so mine seems to be a lot more stubborn than I am. :(But I will win this battle this time, not the weight. :)Keep up the good work and don't give up.You can do it. :)   :)

Way to go and congratulations on your huge accomplishment!  Losing weight, if that is the true goal, can be so difficult for so many people.  A lot of people want to look better which general involves diet and exercise so that different areas can be trimmed down. For instance my wife is currently dieting and has lost ten pounds over a six week period which is very admirable.  She feels that she lost most of this weight on her legs and isn't really happy with how her tummy looks.  So now she is going to the club and working out.  In one week she is happier with how her tummy looks and is seeing an increase in weight loss at the same time.
