I love thrift stores also. They always look at me like I'm out of place when I first walk in but I love it. I'm starting to see yard sales as the weather warms up so I'll hopefully be visiting a few of those soon.

I shop at thrift stores.  I buy all of my clothes at thrift stores.  You can get great bargains at thrift stores.

I don't leave the house.  I don't spend money that way.  Everything costs money...gas, food, ect.  When i stay home i just need to pay my bills, drug store stuff and groceries.  Thanks for the tips from everyone.

Use prepaid cards like I do. Currently, I use bluebird which is used like a debit card but you when you pay, it's counted as a credit card. Get it, no monthly fee, ATM fees or any of that.

Check with your bank to see if they have a cash back rewards credit card. It'll give you cash back on all purchases made on your card (gas, food, etc.)

Use prepaid cards like I do. Currently, I use bluebird which is used like a debit card but you when you pay, it's counted as a credit card. Get it, no monthly fee, ATM fees or any of that.

LOL!!!!!!

get rid of wife
There are many ways to cut or get rid of expenses and so im posting this up as an idaer post of ways (or already doing) that you yourself cut or get rid of expenses it can be simple or not its up to you. :cat:
Have fun :)
Get rid of the wife is a terrible thing to say i hope your wife does not read what you wrote for your sake

The easiest way for me is when i want something i save up for it then pay cash that way there is no expense of finance fees.

Be very conscious about recurring expenses.  Meaning services you pay for monthly.  Then I don't cut expenses.  I say start over and only buy what you need.

Use a simple razor to shave, using just soap for lather – incredibly cheap, swap blades once every few weeks, and shave your face when it’s wet. You can get a very good shave with some practice and save a lot of money over the long haul. :cat:
(can be done for women with shampoo in the tub)

im collecting big tin cans and going to use them for planting sprouts then selling them for a profit (my work throws so many away so i might as well save them from the land fill). Theres always something that can be used out of junk as like the saying gose "another mans junk is someone elses treasurer". :cat:

I pay with cash. Its more painful to lay down actual cash than it is to lay down the credit card.  I had a rummage sale this spring and made over $200, so that was worth while.

i found this online

I bought some random cheap shavers from the dollartree & the razor cut up my legs.  One nice shaved off piece of skin about an inch & a half long & I shave really slow.    So I stopped using them......for a while, months later I ran across the shavers under the counter & thought maybe it was just a one time thing getting nicked up, so I decided to try them again.  & again, it cut my legs.   So I just threw all of them away.    Sometimes you get what you pay for, at least hold out for name brands at the dollar stores, sometimes they get bic.

Just my two cents.  :)

To aflyingmonkey

There are razors that are cheep that don't do so well like you said but there are ones that do very well and some that do ok try experimentation on whats the cheapest rout of razors for you (i should of posted with the shaving post). If it hurts, or chaves, or cuts to deep then throw away (it didn't costed you that much anyways) and once you find the brand your looking for then stick with it (or as close as you can). I myself had trouble finding cheep razors at 1st (a long time ago) and the cheep single blade & sensitive skin works for me.
