How do you use your avocados?

I mostly use avocados to make guacamole, but have had them in salad, spread some on toast, and have a yummy avocado pie recipe.

In another post I wrote about using an avocado in a recipe for corn bread muffins.  I also like putting 1/2 an avocado in smoothies.  What are some things you do with avocados?

I like using avocado in sushi and in salads.

I don't buy avocados but I do sometimes get guacamole when at a Mexican restaurant.

Avocados are sooo good.

I love to put them in salad. Or eat them on toasted whole wheat bread. Or put them in my chicken wrap. Or make guacamole.

I love avocados. I just slice it in half put honey on the top and scope it with spoon and eat. My husband mixed it with cottage cheese.

I loved eating avocado on toast with a glass of Pepsi.  Those were the days when my body allowed me to consume all that.

I love avocados in the morning.
My favorite way to eat them is either with eggs (scrambled or hard boiled) and with salt and pepper sprinkled on top... or in an omelet...
Or on sandwiches, or in salads...

Heck, I love avocado any way!!

Try this for avocado:

Cut into small cube. Put into condensed milk (with water) and ice, that is yummy.
You can always put diced jackfruit, and other tropical fruit.

My daughter eats them by themselves. Personally, I don't like them. They don't have enough flavor and the texture is too rich.

I love avocados! I dice it up sometimes and add it to scrambled eggs along with peppers and onions. I also use it just sliced on sandwiches or grilled in a panini with some bacon and cheese of your choice. There are so many ways to use it, I guess one could pretty much use it how ever kind of like potatoes.
