How do you use your avocados?

     You can even make dip or soup at home. Here is the recipe:
       
                  One avocado with the inner seed and skin removed
                  One cup of Greek yogurt
                  Honey
     For soup you can add evaporated milk, whipping cream or other, before warming up the mix.

Make guacamole or cut it up and put in a sandwich.  Just yesterday I make a bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon and avocado mmmm was it good.  The avocado is so creamy and buttery.  I love them.

I make a lovely fruit/nut loaf with bananas, avacados and pecans. The avacados, when mashed up, give the loaf a nice nutty, moist texture - I occasionally leave them in chunks and that adds some nice green color to the loaf (and then the mashed bananas add the moisture).

I love avocado's I usually make guacamole for tacos. burritos, or taco salad.  I would like to try them on a salad though I seen it on TV and it looks good.  Sometimes Wal-mart carries the California Avocado and they are a lot bigger than the regular avocado..

I used to just make sandwiches with them, but, I think I will put them in something like mashed potatoes.  I have heard of people putting spinach in brownies. Could give it a try with avocados.

I love avocados.  Sometimes I just salt and eat, but I usually make them into guacamole.  I like them in sandwiches too.  They usually get eaten before I can use them any other way.

Plain, in smoothies, on salads, on sandwiches, in guacamole...  Avocados are the best!

Most of the time I get them from Whole Foods, then they really ripe ones I cut in half and spread on the bread instead of mayo or mustard.  We make lots of guacamole, it goes with everything!  They are also good to use topically.

I eat them with sea salt sprinkled on them or in salads.
