I have had three survey payments revoked but one time it was a mistake. The money was put back in my account with an extra dollar for the mistake.
I always had enough money in my account so that my cashout did not go below the $25 and I still got paid. I always try to have about $30 in my account when I cashout just in case a payment gets revoked but I know that that is not always possible. Remember, that there is always another month. If you can not cashout or can not get paid one month, there is the next month.
If you feel that you did a good and fair job on the survey, open a support ticket and ask for more information about why your payment was revoked.
