what happen?

i cashed out 43.72$ on Jan 30th 2014 and now it says im waiting on 39$ on Feb 15th 2014... can someone tell me what happen to 4$?

Hi, it could be a few things.

For most people, it's that the credits expire after 180 days, but I see you're a new member so that wouldn't apply to you.

Sometimes very rarely, advertisers don't pay FC, which in turn means they can't pay either. So these credits get reversed.

Another thing is if a referral wasn't valid. If you have your referral link posted online, we really don't have control over the people who sign up under us, and every now and then one of them won't be a valid referral. So these referral credits get reversed. These things are rare but they do happen from time to time.

The easiest way to see what's causing the missing credits is to go to your account page, and do a search for the word "Denied"  That will show you which credits reversed.

If you have any questions about the actual reversed credits, you can open a support ticket and they'll let you know more details.

Look at your account page to see what was denied. I know of one survey that everyone's credit was denied for but that was only $0.75
