This new "Paid to Call" Tax prep number : » 1-888-981-8712 « is NOT working either!

It hangs up on you! Maybe no one is working today due to the blizzard! grrr!

It could be. The East Coast has been hit pretty bad with the storm. Maybe try next week. They may have things back together by then. Good luck.
