Peanut Labs Transactions

Am I doing something wrong?  If I go under "My Transactions," it shows surveys I was DQ'd and then there's "Opened." What or why does that mean? If I click on the open button, or the survey, it expands to an image and underneath that is Report a problem" and that's the ONLY thing that works.  Can't close them, can't try to do the survey or watch the video.

Any ideas?

I had several of the videos for Peanut Labs do that, but then they started working...

The transactions though are easy to understand:
Opened means that you started the offer and it is still active or survey still in progress.  As far as I have seen there is no way to mark those as closed other than submitting a help ticket.

The problem is I never started the surveys. i click on a survey but nothing happened. Yet when I go into the transactions, they say opened, but I can't open them. I've got about 6 or 7 surveys that state opened, but I can't do a think with them.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong.  There are many times I'll click on some of the Peanut Lab Surveys, answer the preliminary questions that pop up in the box, and suddenly, I'll get a message saying something like "We're sorry but we are unable to connect to the server right now.  Please try again later."  Once, I clicked on one of the videos and it didn't play at all.  I'll bet those are the ones that are showing as "open" because I have a few of those in my list, too.

One thing I noticed that might help, is I can do all of these surveys and videos on one computer, but not on my other one. I think it's something to do with the Flash version I have installed.
